Lesson Supports: Emotional Courage, Resilience, and Empathy

Ibex’s lessons focus on the theme of Emotional Courage. These lessons support students in welcoming all their emotions and learning to embrace their sensitivity as a gift. Students will build confidence in their ability to feel deeply, trust their inner wisdom, and empathize with others.

Students will learn:

• To develop an understanding of what emotions look and feel like.
• That all feelings are welcome.
• How to support others while setting personal boundaries.
